Yes, the Wilson Bros have even dabbled in the dark art of alt/underground rock. Far from being ashamed of such, we are rather proud. Awhile back, in Colorado, we joined forces with talented vocalist Kirsten "Wombat Love" Bolton, whose sultry soulful vocals took us to another dimension. If there were such a thing as "Folk-Goth" this would be it.

Kirsten wrote the majority of the lyrics on this album, and contrary to modern lyrics, her lyrics are both poetic and meaningful (kinda like the good ol' days of artists like Bob Dylan and Nina Simon). Hey we had a gig in Fort Collins where we started a minor riot because some people were turned away at the door; a badge of honor as far as we're concerned! :)

This album is a bit dark, stark, or "minimalist" as they say, but full of meaning, some soulful funk, and lottsa lottsa love and heart. We hope you enjoy.
